3. Confidentiality:

• The Agency agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of the investigation. Any information collected will only be disclosed to the Client and will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the Client.

4. Fees and Payment:

• The Client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon fees for the detective services. Payment terms, including the amount, method of payment, and any applicable taxes, will be detailed in a separate agreement or invoice.

5. Retainer:

• The Client may be required to provide a retainer fee before the commencement of any investigative services. This retainer will be applied towards the total fees for the services rendered.

6. Duration of Services:

• The timeline for the detective services will be specified in the separate agreement. Any extensions or modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

7. Cooperation:

• The Client agrees to cooperate fully with the Agency and provide any necessary information or assistance required for the successful completion of the investigation.

8. Reporting:

• The Agency will provide regular updates and reports to the Client regarding the progress of the investigation. The format and frequency of these reports will be agreed upon between the parties.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the detective services, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Agency.

10. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

12. Entire Agreement:
